This property is in Sailfish Point on Hutchinson Island, Florida which is a private community offering world-class golf, top notch dining, myriad racquet clubs as well as anchorage and activities at their marina - a true waterfront island living lifestyle community. I really could be their PR person, couldn’t I? Honestly, this community is lovely and the mix of homes within runs the gamut from interior condo to palatial mansion. The project I had the opportunity to work on was a beachfront condo that had an identity crisis and was stuck in the 80’s… part of it wanted to be at the club with the smoked glass mirrors and the other part wanted to be in Tuscany with its’ walls painted terra cotta, forest green, mustard yellow and with inlaid tumbled marble mosaic of the same colors… yet travel down the hall and we are in Palm Springs with mint walls and pink counters! This condo… I can’t even-there wasn’t an ounce of it that could be salvaged-not a single kernel in that popcorn ceiling that could remain. It’s all got to go!
